Since joining the firm, he has represented a plethora of clients and obtained multimillion dollars decisions, including a verdict against a trucking company for $7.1 million, a $2.75 million verdict for a young man who suffered a herniated disc in his lower back following a car accident and a verdict in the amount of $2 million for a man who was injured after being rear-ended by a semi-truck. One of Mr. Schafer's largest settlements was $32.5 million on behalf of a mother who suffered brain damage in an accident involving a semi-truck.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Schafer earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 2007 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Valparaiso University in 2010. He was subsequently admitted to practice law through the Indiana and Illinois Bar Associations, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
