Dr. Mohile was initially inspired by his father, Captain Keshav Mohile, who worked as a medical officer in the British Medical Service and was decorated with a Military Cross by the British Government. He subsequently earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Grant Medical College in the mid-1950s. Over the years, he has taught top executives and served as a general medicine practitioner for the Medico Surgical Clinic in India. Upon relocating to America, Dr. Mohile obtained a Master of Health Administration in medicine and management healthcare from Grant Medical College and the University of La Verne.
Dr. Mohile notably worked with Casa Colina Hospital in California, which he helped transform into a full-fledged hospital and one of the leading rehabilitation centers in Southern California and the United States as a whole. He currently channels a lifetime of expertise to his work as an independent healthcare management consultant. With Dr. Mohile's assistance, many healthcare institutes in the area have found their niche and reached their fullest potential.
Outside of his primary responsibilities, Dr. Mohile has been affiliated with the Free and Accepted Masons and the local chapter of Rotary International. Additionally, he contributed to others as a volunteer teacher with the University of Bombay and a volunteer for a general medicine practice that works in rural areas of India. Although his career has been filled with standout moments, he is incredibly proud of devoting himself to his community and continuing to conduct consulting work. In the coming years, Dr. Mohile intends to write a book about his lifetime of life-changing experiences.
