WALKERSVILLE, WV, August 27, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carl Posey has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Born in January 1987 to Thomas Lee Posey and Lisa Vey Posey, in his adolescent years Mr. Posey was a gifted student, obtaining stellar grades during his elementary and junior high school time. As time passed, he veered from this path and eventually faced a big decision after an incident occurred in high school: turn his life around or end up on a permanent path to self-destruction. With little to no option he was driven to make a change. He obtained his GED and achieved one of the highest scores in West Virginia. He then chose to join the military as an infantryman and was pinned an expert sharpshooter. Not long after the military, Mr. Posey earned an associate degree in personal training with a 4.0 GPA through the U.S. Career Institute in 2005.
Mr. Posey however did not use his degree, but instead became one of the youngest tandem operators (Pole Truck) in the oil industry in his area without having all of the necessary qualifications and credentials. Despite his dedication, work ethic and trained discipline, Mr. Posey fell back into bad habits worse than before leaving him to battle addiction that took away his freedom, self-respect, job and family, leaving him to battle his demons behind closed walls. Over the years, he faced many hardships and worked in a variety of different roles and industries before he met his wife, Mandelyn Posey. She and his first son, Ayden Lee, changed his life while members of the court that once prosecuted him, now saw a man before them and the love Ayden had for him as a father. They granted him the right to adopt his first son. Mandelyn and Ayden Posey became the first step in making him the man he is today.
After the birth of his second son, Aaron Thomas Lee Posey, a 21-week-old preemie, Mr. Posey unfortunately lost his job wrongfully as he was honest about his past. He was hired pending a background check, worked and was let go the day after the birth of Aaron because he was honest and the background check verified it 3 months after hire. After 75 days in the NICU 100 miles from Mr. Posey's residence and out of town jobs taking advantage of the Posey's situation. A woman named Betty Jones, a neighbor, who became family and like a second mother, offered and allowed him to start the business and role he has today. As the owner, president and chief executive officer of A.N.A. Pilot Car Service, Mr. Posey aids in the transportation of specialized freight anywhere from government facilities and oversized loads from coast-to-coast.
As an operator, dispatcher and broker, Mr. Posey additionally supervises drivers and liaises with other companies. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is incredibly proud of becoming a successful business owner in spite of his challenging personal and professional path. Personally, he is honored to be the loving father of four, three sons and a daughter and a providing husband to his lovely wife. In the coming years, Mr. Posey intends to continue remaining on the straight and narrow while expanding his business and establishing another alongside his wife.
Mr. Posey stated that he is driven and respectfully thanks his father Thomas for his work ethic, love and the responsibility he took on many years ago, which allowed him to become a good father and choose the better path no matter how hard it could become. He thanks his mother Lisa for always looking beyond the bad, having faith and showing a mother's love that he today knows is unconditional and understands. Mr. Posey gives great thanks to Ms. B (Betty Jones) for the opportunity to start what was just another job and turn it into a business, allowing him to provide for his family, and help those in general who deserve it or need it because of being good individuals, or those who had a tough break.
