Serving as the owner, a stills photographer and the head of public relations at his eponymous photography company, he shoots unit stills, gallery and prop stills for high profile TV shows such as NCIS:LA, SEAL TEAM, SHINNING VALE and more. He also served as a staff photographer of the Richard Nixon Library and Birthplace documenting the last 8 years of Nixon's visits to Yorba Linda, and the visits of 5 additional US Presidents.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Jaffe received an Associate of Arts Degree from Pasadena City College and in 1969 he completed coursework in pre-law at California State University. He concluded his academic efforts in 1971, whereupon he received a teaching credential, UCLA. He taught secondary school for 7 years in Pasadena, including teaching photography on World Campus Afloat for Chapman College, 1974.
A devoted volunteer within his local community, Mr. Jaffe serves as a photographer for chapters of California Paralyzed Veterans Association. Well regarded for his indelible contributions to the field, he was nominated for the EXCELLENCE IN STILLS PHOTOGRAPHY AWARD by the International Publicists Guild in both 2008 and 2010.
