ST. LOUIS, MO, September 02, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Crystalle Michelle Cotton has been included in Marquis Who's Who. With years of customer service experience to her credit, Ms. Cotton has found success as a team associate of Walmart since 2019. She first joined the company in 2016 as a cashier. For her current role, Ms. Cotton operates the store's fitting room, stocks merchandise, processes returns, ensures the sales floor is neat and clean, and assists customers along with secondary roles as cashier and personal business center cashier.
Prior to embarking on her career, Ms. Cotton pursued an education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems in 2004. In order to keep abreast of developments in her field, she holds professional affiliations with a number of relevant organizations, including the International Society of Female Professionals, Black Women in Computing and the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. Skilled in computer science, Ms. Cotton was an apprentice candidate of CyberUp from 2019 to 2020 and a computer lab assistant of the Hope Recovery Center from 2010 to 2014.
Active in her community, in the not so distant past, Ms. Cotton volunteers with WITS Inc., a nonprofit organization that distributes donated electronics to people in need, the Hope Recovery Center, which is part of the Veterans Affairs St. Louis Health Care System, and Gateway Greening, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together through gardening and urban agriculture. Among her numerous achievements, she is proudest of her involvement with the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. Looking towards the future, Ms. Cotton intends to advance to the position of team leader at Walmart.
