EDMONTON, KY, September 03, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brandon Kyle Hadley has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. With years of professional experience in administrative roles and a long-held passion for theater, Mr. Hadley currently excels as the executive director of the Barn Lot Theater. In this position, he manages all of the programs, budgets and day-to-day operations. Additionally, Mr. Hadley works with the aforementioned organization's board of directors to enforce their policies and facilitate artistic vision and prepare for the future of the theater.
The Barn Lot Theater was founded in the summer of 1980 as an outdoor theater, and has since grown into an indoor theater in South Central Kentucky. In a typical year, about 8,000 to 10,000 individuals visit the theater, which utilizes over 100 volunteers. Prior to obtaining his current role, Mr. Hadley garnered nearly a decade of experience as an executive assistant, administrative director, director of marketing, digital media specialist and technical director for the Barn Lot Theater.
In the earlier stages of his career, Mr. Hadley was active as a supervisor, technical designer and substitute high school teacher. To remain aware with the changes in his field and community, he is a member of the Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Theatre Association, the American Association of Community Theater and the Barren River Area Development District steering committee. Aside from his primary vocational pursuits, Mr. Hadley volunteers with the Russell County Arts Council, the Adair County High School Drama Program and the Metcalfe County Strategic Planning County Steering Committee.
In 2011, Mr. Hadley earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education and biology from Lindsey Wilson College. He is certified in marketing, financial management, nonprofit leadership and professional writing, among others. In 2017, he was presented with an award in recognition of his leadership initiatives from the Kentucky House of Representatives. He attributes his success to his work ethic and interpersonal skills. In the future, Mr. Hadley hopes to continue to help the Barn Lot Theater expand.
