Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Upon earning a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in biology from LaSalle College in 1978, Mr. Waldron received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Villanova University's School of Law. Following this accomplishment, he was admitted to practice law through the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Waldron aligns himself with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Lehigh County Bar Association and the Northampton County Bar Association. Likewise, he is part of the criminal law division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Due to his outstanding breadth of work, Mr. Waldron has been named as an AV-Preeminent Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell and a Super Lawyer through Philadelphia Magazine on several occasions.
Due to his high-profile clients, Mr. Waldron has also been featured on several television shows and in numerous publications, such as "Desperate Measures," "Deadly Women," "Forensic Files," "Snapped," "The Jinx" miniseries on HBO, "Primetime Justice" with Ashleigh Banfield on CNN, the New York Post, the New York Times, People and the Huffington Post.
