Presently, Mr. Tucker divides his time between his legal work and his service as a mediator and arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Akron.

Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Tucker actively accepts pro bono work around his neighborhood and, for several years, has served as a volunteer on behalf of the Wedgewood United Methodist Church for their vacation Bible school program. Additionally, he assists in running soccer camps for schools around Akron, through which he serves as a licensed coach. In a career suffused with highlights, Mr. Tucker is most proud to raised six wonderful children in his own right.
Mr. Tucker obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Akron and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Akron School of Law. Looking toward the future, he intends to eventually enter a career in politics and continue availing himself to his local community.
