Because of their diversified client base, the only sector to be adversely affected were their retail tenants. However, they remained approachable and understanding with all tenants and developed agreements to defer rental payments. As a respected voice in his field, Mr. Faith was featured in a Q & A in an investment publication. Likewise, in 2020, he won the Power Broker Award at the CoStar Commercial Real Estate Awards. Mr. Faith maintains his affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers. Over the years, he has attributed his professional success to his inimitable knowledge in the field, through which he has made a continued effort to learn about local market dynamics.
