BIG FLATS, NY, September 20, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stan Koziatek has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
With an innovative mind and an entrepreneur's spirit, Mr. Koziatek has always harbored an interest in developing products and solutions for various industries involved in speed and competition. Before managing his own business, he worked in the construction industry as a road superintendent for more than 15 years. He subsequently designed a go-kart track that has become famous from the participation of well-known NASCAR drivers such as Richard Petty, Mark Martin, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Terry Labonte and Bobby Labonte. Mr. Koziatek has also constructed tracks in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mr. Koziatek's work in the go-kart business also inspired him to develop designs for the bicycle industry. Most notably, in 2001 he invented a liquid sealant that seals bike tires almost instantly when punctured. Tires treated with Stan's system—as it is known by cyclists in the field—perform faster and offer more traction, more control and more comfort for cyclists. As his sealant gained recognition, Mr. Koziatek discovered that his product was being sought after by racers at the highest level of the sport, including Olympians.
In addition to his most successful product, Mr. Koziatek has also developed lightweight, high-performance rims for bicycles as well as sealant products for utilization outside of the cycling industry. He likewise excels as the owner of K.G. Motors Inc. and Stan's NoTubes, which sells products in more than 70 countries. With his other businesses, he has designed bicycle tires that last for nearly a year, a go-kart braking system that sends out signals once the engine is started and a timing and scoring system for go-kart. Mr. Koziatek also holds patents for a go-kart charging unit, and for bicycle accessories that make bikes more innovative, stable and reliable.
As an accomplished professional, Mr. Koziatek has been recognized with many rewards. He accepted an award for his rim designs from Mountain Bike Action, and he was recognized among the Top 25 Mountain Bike People that Changed the Industry. He was also inducted in the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame for his contributions to the field. Throughout his career, he has attributed his professional success to hard work, determination and passion for his field. Looking toward the future, Mr. Koziatek plans to further expand his business and continue developing innovative designs in his industry.
