Mr. Bibireddy was born to Prof. Sudarshan Bibireddy (deceased 1998) and Madhuramma Bibireddy in a remote village in India. His father was his main mentor and encouraged his son to pursue an education. Pundarika Bibireddy obtained a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, physics and applied electronics, with honors, from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, in 1982. In addition, he earned a certificate from the Institute for Integrated Supply Chain. Mr. Bibireddy later continued his Executive education with a Global Strategic Management certification from the Harvard Business School USA in 2011. He is certified in quality management by the Quality Management Institute USA. He is also a Black Belt Certified Six Sigma Professional.
From 1982 to 2001, Mr. Bibireddy served in regional sales and general management for Johnson & Johnson, Intelligroup and SNR Softech Limited in the Hyderabad region. After immigrating to the United States, he found much success as the vice president of international operations with CyberWorld Solutions in Chicago from 2001 to 2002 and as the chief operations officer of the Software Research Group between 2002 and 2009. In this capacity, he was responsible for business strategy, operations, professional sales and recruitment, and grew sales over 40% on an annual basis. From 2008 until 2016, as the chief of operations with Infokall Inc. and Bartronics America Inc., Mr. Bibireddy increased revenue from $3 million to $50 million and drove 20% annual revenue gains and ensured profitable growth.
As the director of global business operations with SBP Consulting Inc., and as the chief business officer with Synergy Global Technologies Inc. from 2017 to 2021, Mr. Bibireddy provided oversight of new client acquisitions, strategy and operations. Since 2021, he has served as the chief executive officer of global operations with Baanyan Software Services Inc., a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to businesses ranging from mid-sized to global Fortune 500 enterprises. Mr. Bibireddy is certified by the Association for Supply Chain Management for logistics, transportation and distribution, and as a supply chain professional.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Bibireddy credits his high degree of Integrity, focus and punctuality which his father imbibed in him as a teacher. Among his career accomplishments, he is proud to have shepherded companies to the next level of business management. Looking toward the future, Mr. Bibireddy hopes to shift toward small and medium scale companies and expand their operations to the next level, as well as leverage his experience to train his successors.
Pundarika P. Bibireddy's son, Ashish, is a medical student at the University of Central Florida and has a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from John Hopkins University USA and his daughter, Niharika, works with Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm. She was accepted to The New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business's MBA program. His children emulate him as their role model. Mr. Bibireddy's wife, Supriya Bibireddy, holds a postgraduate degree in science. She is instrumental in raising their children and contributed to and supported his success in life.
