He dedicated his time and resources to the First Baptist Church of Porter as a Sunday School teacher between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, from 2014 to 2015, he contributed to the Boy Scouts of America as a cub scout master. Mr. Bryant also held the position of the deacon for the First Christian Church in Canadian between 2016 and 2018.
As a testament to his undertakings, Mr. Bryant has accrued several accolades through the course of his career. In 2010, he was honored as the District Coach of the Year. He was later recognized as the Principal of the Year by the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals in 2017. Mr. Bryant was additionally presented with the Regional Outstanding Service Award from the Texas Statewide Network of Assessment Professionals.
Noted as an expert in instructional leadership and student achievement, Mr. Bryant has been affiliated with the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals as a member and as well as serving on the Board of Directors, the Panhandle School Leaders Association as a member and as an officer, the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches, the Texas High School Coaches Association, and the Texas Girl Coaches Association, among other organizations. Fondly recalling his accomplishments as a coach for several sports, as well as his completion of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, he is personally proud of his devotion to his family, including his wife of 18 years and his wonderful sons.
