Alongside her work with All in Together, Ms. Winstead also serves as chief executive officer, president and founder of L&M Mobile Learning, a certified minority women business enterprises that stresses the importance of STEM and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) education. Dedicated to providing educational opportunities for young children in the STEM fields, she is the owner of a Bricks 4 Kidz franchise, where she provides fun projects and activities designed for educational play, and serves as founder and president of Girls Who Build STEAM. Throughout her career, she has pursued further education, earning a certificate in special needs education and curriculum planning and another certificate in childcare and support services management through The Care Course, Inc., in 2014.
In the context of her many roles, Ms. Winstead ensures that each and every child with whom she works reaches their highest potential, empowers the members of her community and networks with other organizations to facilitate STEM programs.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, she has remained dedicated to keeping everyone healthy, conducting safety checks every single day. For her outstanding achievements, she received a Top 100 Visionary Award in Education through the Global Forum of Education and Leadership in 2020.
