He is additionally responsible for training colleagues, creating new processes and procedures, facilitating deals with brokers and seeking opportunities for new business in the area. Over the years, Mr. Schutz has been incredibly proud to build The Apartment Source to its current state, as he intends to advance his operations to six new offices across several other states in the coming years.
Mr. Schutz has attributed his professional success to his persistence and remaining true to all of his goals in business. As a dedicated professional, he maintains his affiliation with the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ultimately, he hopes to add value to the communities that he services by providing residents with the opportunity of homeownership.
