Dr. Goldstein's father held more than 250 patents and taught at the university level about the theory and analyzation of patents, which inspired Dr. Goldstein to enter the field of science. In addition, Dr. Goldstein was also greatly inspired by the brain company titled Brain Rx, which he founded in 2003, as well as a colleague who was determined about his theories on artificial intelligence. Dr. Goldstein went on to receive a Bachelor and a Master of Business in applied mathematics in 1985, as well as a Doctor in optimization systems in 1993, all from Riga Technical University in Latvia.
Dr. Goldstein began his career as a chairman and the chief executive officer of Software House High Technologies in 1989, where he remained until 1995. Later in his career, he became a director of the Pacific Venture Fund, where he has remained since 1999. Concurrent to this role, Dr. Goldstein has excelled as the founder of Brain Scientific since 2015, as well as the founder of Brain Rx since 2003.
With his companies, Dr. Goldstein and his teams have completed thousands of diagnostic procedures to understand why Alzheimer's disease and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have not been cured or fully understood. They ultimately plan to predict what triggers these diseases and help people who are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, ADHD and a host of other illnesses. As such, Dr. Goldstein has developed expertise in managing start-up companies, artificial intelligence and the inner workings of the brain.
In his career, Dr. Goldstein has been most proud of his latest work on brain imprinted tattoos. He is currently developing a tattoo that can be imprinted on the scalp to use brain data to create artificial intelligence. In his community, he has also worked closely with nonprofit organizations for children with epilepsy, ADHD and autism.
In the coming years, Dr. Goldstein plans to develop an artificial intelligence brain control interface that is affordable for patients, so that others can predict the onset of epileptic seizures, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ADHD and autism. His goal is to help patients with brain-related disorders live successful lives.
