Mr. Weiner is the founder and owner of The BoaVida Group, a real estate investment company which owns and operates 150 manufactured home community and RV resorts in 26 states. Mr. Weiner is amongst the top 10 largest owners of manufactured housing communities in the country, as well as the largest owner of his age. He is actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations including strategy, marketing, raising capital, asset management, acquisitions, and home sales.
In 2018, Mr. Weiner was distinguished among the Top 40 Under 40 by the Sacramento Business Journal. In 2020, BoaVida was named the No. 1 Fastest Growing Company in the Sacramento region by the SBJ, growing revenues by 1,061% from 2017-2019 and in 2021, BoaVida was named the No. 2 Fastest Growing Company growing revenues by 871% from 2018-2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). In addition, BoaVida has been named one of the Best Places to Work in the Sacramento region by the SBJ, for the past two years.
What makes Mr. Weiner unique and sets him apart from his competition is his ground-up, bootstrapping beginnings in the business. He began his career in the mobile home and RV park industry in 2000 as a mobile home salesperson, selling brand-new homes in mobile home parks while attending University of California, Davis. One year later, at the age of 22, he co-founded Woodcrest Homes, a manufactured home dealership that specialized in in-park sales. In 2002, he shifted his primary focus from mobile home sales to park acquisitions and investment. Since that time, his portfolio of mobile home and RV parks has continued to grow at a swift pace throughout the country. He has continued to build an operations and investment company designed to provide superior risk-adjusted returns to his investors.
Mr. Weiner holds an associate's degree and completed coursework at the UC Davis. A dedicated civic advocate, he participates prolifically in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Keaton's Child Cancer Alliance, and Compassion Planet.
