As such, she reviews closed mortgage loans and all documentation received from their investors/clients to complete the underwriting and due diligence function to aid them in making the determination on the purchase or sale of transferring the loan to an alternate servicing investor by ensuring that the loan aligns with compliance guidelines and will ensure a smooth transfer. Ms. Kindred works on many loans that have undergone modification due to economic hardship faced during the global pandemic. Knowing that adding any further or undue hardship to struggling individuals that is not absolutely necessary to ensure the servicing rights of their loan is Ms. Kindred's driving commitment for ensuring the loans meet compliance guidelines. She feels that the world faced unbelievable hardship during the time of the pandemic, and bringing the good news of servicing transfer is her favorite part of this role. She is looking forward to her career with Situs AMC and her goal is to progress to a QC Analyst assisting underwriting analysts in review of files and assistance with questions regarding completion of the reviews. She hopes to make this transition before her second year of tenure with Situs AMC. Ms. Kindred has previously served in a plethora of positions in the real estate and finance world, such as a floating mortgage escrow closer at the Continental Title Company, and a business operations specialist at the U.S. Bank in Earth City, Missouri.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Kindred graduated from Southwestern Illinois College with an Associate of Arts in psychology and art therapy. After graduating, she obtained a position at the United Missouri Bancshares Bank, where her thirst for knowledge and desire to succeed allowed her to learn about such topics as running investments in a structured learning environment. Ms. Kindred has been certified as a notary public, and obtained her A1-A title producer license.
