Upon earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Curry College and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University, Ms. Marganelli began her career in the field of Human Resources with Royal Caribbean International. Between 2004 and 2008, she maintained responsibility for the creation and development of the New Hire Orientation Program for Shipboard Human Resources and T&D Managers, collaborated and assisted with the Senior Vice Presidents of Hotel and Marine Operations in implementing an onboard promotion program called "Anchored in Excellence" and analyzed and delivered turnover trends report to department heads. Soon thereafter, Ms. Marganelli gained valuable experience in the field as a Human Resources Generalist for Faneuil Inc., through which she introduced an onboard training program and facilitated a classroom of 20+ new hires to orientate them to the company.
In the following years, Ms. Marganelli worked as a partner and owner of Florida Housing Program, a loan refinancing and restructuring company, as well as a Human Resource Senior Recruiter for Clearview Plumbing & Heating. Drawing upon her considerable expertise, she currently excels as a Human Resources Director for ArmChem International. Since 2015, Ms. Marganelli has handled recruiting matters for every position within the aforementioned company, developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies and ensured compliance with the company's legal obligations.
For her outstanding work in the field, Ms. Marganelli was inducted into the Nu Sigma Psi Honor Society.
