Driven to be a doctor from a young age, Dr. Brahmbhatt earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Nadiad Institute of Technology in 1973 and a master's degree in chemical engineering, with highest honors, from the Stevens Institute of Technology in 1975. Upon graduating, he began working as a research assistant with his graduate alma mater. Two years later, he served as a chemical engineer for Exxon and a senior process engineer with Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. During that time, he also gained valuable expertise in the field as the owner of Ashutej Co. He also returned to school and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1982.
In the ensuing years, Dr. Brahmbhatt also worked with MG Industries as an applications engineer, senior project engineer, head of the Research and Development Department, manager of chemicals and oxygen, director of technology, global team leader and senior group manager of technology between 1984 and 2005. While with MG Industries, he returned to school yet again and finally received a Doctor of Philosophy in chemical engineering from Kennedy Western University in 1991. More recently, he worked as special projects manager and technology manager for American Air Liquide from 2005 to 2013. Drawing upon his considerable expertise, he excels today as president of Technology Services, Inc., where he began in 2013.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Dr. Brahmbhatt aligns himself with the American Powder Metallurgy Institute, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the American Ceramic Society, ASM International, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, just to name a few. Outside of his work, he gives back to his community through Bal Vihar, a children's school that he founded in 1992.
In light of his vast breadth of knowledge, Dr. Brahmbhatt has served as director and FCC licensed host of the Music of India program at Station WMUH, authored "Industrial Gases: Important Chemicals for the Life Science Industry," and contributed to several publications in the field of chemical engineering. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud of obtaining more than 30 patents for various processes and technologies, including a method for sterilizing gas recovery for the hospital industry and a method for operating pulp cellulose pulp mills.
For his outstanding body of work, Dr. Brahmbhatt was consistently named a Top Performer for the Applied Technology Group with MG Industries between 1990 and 2003, earned a Top Group Award through MG Industries on three separate occasions between 1992 and 2003, won the Best ATG Sales Support Award in 1998, and has been featured in Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Science and Engineering and Who's Who in the World. In 2010, he was named an Air Liquide International Expert in G/L Transfer. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud of obtaining his patents. Looking ahead, Dr. Brahmbhatt intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
