Ms. Bagley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University in 2012, where she was a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda honor society and garnered the Student Government Association's Outstanding Student Scholarship. She subsequently attained a Master of Biomedical Science from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in 2013, where she was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Excellence and Leadership Honor Society, and continued her education with a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2020. Ms. Bagley has served her country with the Medical Service Corps in the U.S. Army Reserves since 2013. Ms. Bagley initially gained valuable experience as an intern with the Department of Health and Human Services in New Jersey from 2019 to 2020. Since 2020, she has provided her services as a public health advisor at Newark Liberty Airport Quarantine Station for COVID-19 response for Loyal Source Government Services, and with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Newark. Ms. Bagley's duties include preventing the importation of infectious diseases, screening international passengers coming to the U.S., working with local health departments to conduct health investigations and responding to positive COVID-19 test results.
Ms. Bagley's areas of expertise include managing organizational leadership programs, medical logistics, health administration and program management. She has earned recognition for developing efficient programs and leading high-performing teams. Furthermore, she is an expert at planning, communicating and implementing growth development and partnership strategies in healthcare. In accounting for her success, Ms. Bagley credits the upbringing of her family, as well as the struggles she observed in her local community while coming of age. Looking toward the future, she aspires to continue growing in public health and engage in international travel.
