Bob Sprague, a Colorado Front Range native, has been Managing Broker of Love Northern Colorado Real Estate, LLC, since 2016. He specializes in residential, investment property, and multi-family housing. He feels that the clients he serves are the most important part of his work. They entrust him with their largest investments and he takes this honor very seriously. He has vowed to take care of them and every detail from beginning to the end of every transaction and beyond. Mr. Sprague also holds water and well certification. He studied at University of Colorado at Boulder, and is a graduate of Kaplan University. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors, and the Information and Real Estate Services-Multiple Listing Service (IRES-MLS).
Mr. Sprague served in the US Navy from 1987 to 1992. He was an operations specialist. He was stationed in Pearl Harbor, served on the USS Benjamin Stoddard DDG-22, a Guided Missile Destroyer, and the USS Harold E. Holt FF-1074, a Knox Class Frigate. He was a part of numerous West Packs and Dessert Storm.
He previously worked with ERA Real Estate from 2013 to 2015 and was a Broker Associate with Prudential Real Estate of the Rockies from 2009 to 2012. He started his career in car sales with Dave Taylor Ford in Longmont, CO, where he became the number one salesman in the eight state Denver region by his third year in the business and received a 300/500 Master's Award. He then worked for Don Massey Cadillac in Denver, CO, before being named General Manager of Valley Nissan in Longmont, CO, General Manager, Dealer and Partner of Valley Pre-Owned Center, and then General Manager of Gebhardt Saab and Porsche of Boulder, CO.
Mr. Sprague attributes his professional achievements to hard work, focus and follow-up. He also believes it has been because of the work ethic instilled in him by his parents, especially his mother, an accomplished real estate broker, who showed him the importance of taking care of clients. Thanks to her example, he is also honest and caring, which explains why much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Outside of work, he is a Church Elder at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and maintains membership with the American Legion, and StoryCorps, a non-profit organization that records, preserves, and shares the stories of Americans from all backgrounds and beliefs. He enjoys physical fitness, hiking, and a yearly trip through several states on a Harley Davidson Road King.
Mr. Sprague has been married to his wife, Christine, for 31 years. They have a 25-year-old son, who has been a crew leader for a power washing company for two years. Their 22-year-old daughter is married. She and her husband bought their first house in April.
