Outside of overseeing her two businesses, Ms. Sainvil serves as an automation engineer and lead quality assurance engineer for the Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia. Since 2019, she has been responsible for working on the company's electronic medical record system, testing for operating room surgeries and maintaining the software that disburses medication. Ms. Sainvil formerly worked as a quality assurance manager for Jefferson Healthcare and as a senior software engineer for BDP International.
A published author, Mr. Sainvil released "A Passionate Heart in a Sadistic World: The Words That Got Me Through," an account of her personal development, in 2018, and "Technical Interviewing 101: Secrets on How to Secure Your Next Role!" in 2021. She initially received a Bachelor of Technology in information technology at DeVry University in 2014. Mr. Sainvil plans to pursue several professional certifications next year.
