Ms. Palomino also worked in insurance claims with homeowners before she embarked upon her own career ventures.
Presently, Ms. Palomino works as the chief executive officer of BRS Roofing Supply and ECG Contractors. In this capacity, she trains new employees, and manages customer relations. Previously, Ms. Palomino represented the company at public service events and has long striven to establish and maintain productive working relationships among staff.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Palomino has developed expertise in management and leaderships strategies. She also excels in marketing communications, business development, sales operation, social media marketing and team management. For her exemplary performance, she has won several accolades, including recognition as the Best of Gwinnet in 2018 and 2019, and the Best Contractor in Georgia in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Additionally, she received the Member of the Year Award from the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association and the Georgia Hispanic Contractors Award. Ms. Palomino has also received recognition from Women's Business Enterprise and Excellence Contractors DBR LLC.
As a respected voice in her field, Ms. Palomino was invited as a guest speaker at Univision studios to talk about the adversities she has faced as a disabled woman of color. She has worked hard to heal from an accident that doctors thought would leave her in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. After her convalescence, she regained the ability to walk with crutches. Looking toward the future, Ms. Palomino plans to expand her roofing business, and is currently working with her team to open a store in North Carolina.
