For over 25 years, she has worked as a senior software engineer, project manager, Scrum master and technical lead. Her area of expertise is in online order capture engineer, consumer insights portal and conflict resolution. She enjoys learning about and creating new technology and business models. In her role, she works on developing applications systems and testing and deploying those systems.
From 1994 to 2017, Ms. Madiraju served as the senior software engineer of AT&T Mobility. For her contributions, she earned AT&T Wall of Star Awards and an AT&T Technology Award. She is certified in high-performance leadership, executive business analytics. A diverse learner, she is also certified in cardiovascular diseases and in the German language.
Ms. Madiraju is also active as a writer, singer, composer, lyricist, pianist and poet. She has written numerous poems and published several collections of poetry. Her books have been showcased at Frankfurt International Book Festival and the Miami Book Festival. Notably, she even created a new language, Durvue, and has written poetry in that language. Moreover, she has received three United States copyrights for her business models and methodologies.
Aside from her primary vocational pursuits, Ms. Madiraju volunteers with, and donates to, St. Jude's Hospital, the American Cancer Society and the Salvation Army. She obtained master's degrees in accounting and finance and in information systems from Easter Michigan University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Hyderabad in India. She is presently pursuing her PhD in business administration. For her accomplishments, Ms. Madiraju was presented with the President's Volunteer Service Award, a Technology Development Award and was inducted to the IT Wall of Stars.
