Having been certified as a domestic violence counselor through Project PeaceMakers at the 77th District Community Police Station in Los Angeles, Ms. Offray co-founded the Shepherd's Door Domestic Violence Resource Center in 2000. In this position, she provides youth violence prevention education in high schools and middle schools in her community. As a teenager, Ms. Offray had suffered from domestic abuse and wished to help women who have lived through the same experience.
In 2009 Ms. Offray established Women, Wealth, Warriors, a platform supporting women entrepreneurs and women in business. Her goal for creating the organization is to provide women with the support, resources and encouragement needed to create the life that they envision for themselves through business ownership. Since 2017, Ms. Offray has additionally served as an executive producer with NFerno, a feature film production company founded by Christopher Nolen, assisting in the production of the movies "I Left My Girlfriend for Regina Jones" and "Pierre Jackson."
Ms. Offray has been notably honored among the Women Achievers from Business Life Magazine, the Business Life Women Achievers from State Senator Anthony Portantino and the Women Achievers by Burbank Mayor Emily Gabel-Luddy. She also received Certificates of Recognition from the city of Pasadena, Assemblymember Chris Holden of the 41st Assembly District and County of Los Angeles Supervisor for the Fifth District Kathryn Barger. Ms. Offray has been affiliated with the alumni committee of the Boys and Girls Club and the policy committee of the County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services.
