She began her career in marine construction project management in San Francisco and the East Bay region of Northern California. In addition, she has provided consulting services for Fortune 500 companies, city and county municipalities, state and federal agencies and various trade associations. Ms. Mantas specializes in consulting on project development, financial oversight and coordination of construction activities.
Ms. Mantas attributes her success to her determination and ambition. She considers a career highlight to be her very first management project for the Tooele County Jail in Utah, as the county had also worked with her father. She considers her most notable achievement to have been forging her status as a top woman executive in the construction industry.
