Ms. Berhman subsequently served with the Army Research and Development Center as a secretary for the Fire Prevention and Protection Branch, a procurement clerk for emergency small purchase contracts for the Department of Public Works, an administrative assistant for the Demolitions Team and an administrative office manager and a weapons keeper for the Armament Tech Facility, for which she turned in an excess of 800 weapons over a one-year period to downsize inventory.
In recent years, Ms. Berhman has been active as an explosive test operator and mechanical engineering technician, for which she held secret clearance, qualified for an M9 9mm pistol carrying card for transporting weapons off-post and conducted tests on various small caliber weapon systems. She also worked as a Logistics Analyst for the Program Management Offices of the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Facility tracking government furnished supplies and equipment throughout the world. Backed by years of professional expertise, she currently excels as the operations manager for Sabre Global Services LLC, which offers business solutions for government and commercial enterprises. In her present role, Ms. Berhman handles government contracts for employees, coordinates meetings for the company's president, ensures monthly invoices are paid properly and penned an employee handbook.
Throughout her career, Ms. Berhman has been presented with a number of accolades, including a letter from President Obama. For her professional achievements, she received a Civilian Award for Humanitarian Service from the Armament Tech Facility and Commander's Award for Civilian Service. She was further recognized as one of the first women to receive the Robert Trifiletti Memorial Award. Even though her career has been filled with highlights, she is incredibly proud of her contributions in organization and logistics. Looking toward the future, Ms. Berhman aims to work again in the medical field as an emergency medical technician.
