MADISONVILLE, TX, December 13, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tyler Bray was a guest on The Star Treatment, a prestigious video series hosted by renowned lawyer and television personality, Star Jones. This premier video series is extremely limited — Marquis Who's Who qualifies 500 listees on an annual basis for this elite service. Backed by a storied career in media that spans more than two decades, Star works closely with Marquis listees to assist with networking goals and commemorative efforts that can be shared with a worldwide audience.
From the time he was a young child, Tyler Bray always had a diverse set of interests, ranging as far as performing arts and entrepreneurship. He took action on both, signing up for a singing competition after having little luck being signed to an agency. The competition paid off, and on his 18th birthday, he signed with an acting and modeling agency.
As for entrepreneurship, Mr. Bray is the owner and founder of TK Trailer Parts, where he has established himself as an innovative and empathetic leader. Among his business philosophies is a focus on having a foundational role as a leader, one that can be visualized as the base of a pyramid.
"I think that many leaders believe that they're at the tip-top, and they command from the top-down," he explained. "My perspective on that is that a leader is actually somebody who supports [the team] at the very bottom. The people on the top are my customers… in whatever venture I'm working on."
Under Mr. Bray's plan, a leader supports the upper managers beneath him, who in turn support the mid-level management beneath them, and so on. In this way the organization is built on support, rather than consolidating power and authority near the top.
Mr. Bray started his business at a young age, and at that time, e-commerce was in its infancy. Beyond that, the auto industry was a slow adopter of all e-commerce methods. Bringing cutting edge business practices to a lagging industry helped Tyler make a name for his business, TK Trailer Parts. Merged with a willingness to adapt and innovate, Mr. Bray brought tenacity to his work, and fought hard to keep his company and team ahead of the curve when it came to evolutions in both e-commerce and the trailer parts space.
Not forgetting his interest in the performing arts, Mr. Bray became the proud founder and manager of the North Star Boys, the first Asian American content group of its kind in North America. The group is taking the world by storm, showcasing humorous yet relatable aspects of Asian American identity that are seldom seen in popular media. One of Mr. Bray's goals for North Star Boys was to inspire young people, people who were searching for role models the same way he did in his youth.
All in all, Mr. Bray feels that family has played a strong role in his success. As the eldest of nine children, he assumed a de-facto leadership role early on in life that helped him develop the communication skills that he would later refine to their current levels. He also works very hard to make his parents proud of him, an effort that has certainly succeeded. With a strong work ethic, and a passion for innovation, there is no doubt that Tyler Bray is worthy of the Star Treatment.
