A transparent business owner who leads with integrity, Ms. Battaglini is always looking out for the best interests of her clients, finding the right insurance at the right price. Aside from overseeing her busy agency, she is the owner of Tiffany, a recreational facilities and services company, which she formed in 2017 that specializes in funeral pre-planning. Highlighting her professional success, Ms. Battaglini received a Bronze Level Life Recognition Award from Erie Insurance Group in 2019 and 2020.
An experienced and committed leader in various civic and non-profit efforts, Ms. Battaglini serves as president of Coraopolis Youth Creations, a non-profit organization that engages both youth and adults by offering various programs and access resources, and connects them with other children and parents in the area. She is also a partner of Coraopolis Community Development, where she helps to provide various forms of assistance to local residents for an array of unfortunate circumstances. Additionally, Ms. Battaglini is currently in the process of becoming a pastor at Coraopolis Church of God where she is currently a care coordinator.
Attributing her career success to God, Ms. Battaglini learned the insurance business from Robert Pascoe in her early 20's. He was her employer and was like a father to her. He is the reason that Ms. Battaglini wanted to open her own insurance agency. He told her that she was capable of anything she put her mind to.
Ms. Battaglini is a graduate of Cornell High School. She later earned an associate degree in health information technology from Sawyer School in 1998 and a bachelor's degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Phoenix in 2000. Aspiring to further propel Tiffany R. Battaglini Insurance Agency LLC, Ms. Battaglini would like to soon hire additional employees so that she can serve more customers. Among her current team members, she notes, is one of her children, whom she has been grateful to take under her wing. Ms. Battaglini is the mother of three biological children and three stepchildren.
