Elite Alchemy co-sponsored Legacy Fighting Championships LFC 40, which aired in 2015 to 90 million viewers on Mark Cuban's AXS TV Network. As a lifelong lover of cannabis, he was regularly conducting business with companies that were producing CBD by 2013. During this time, Mr. Logan-Holland was looking at opportunities in Colorado, Washington and Oregon, as cannabis was legalized for recreational use in these states and exhibited both room for growth and expansion.
Mr. Logan-Holland is proud to have acquired three other companies through his company's subsidiary, BDI Acquisition Corporation, and has presently obtained a 10% stake in Saint Cannabis Corporation through BDI Capital Partners Inc. (the Investment Subsidiary of Blue Dream Industries, LLC), Utopia Distributors Inc., the Beverly Hills Headquartered Distribution Subsidiary of Blue Dream Industries, LLC has recently signed a Global Distribution Agreement with Atlanta based Kolossal Beverage Inc. Also Blue Dream Industries, LLC formed partnerships with Inc. Magazine in 2017 and License Global in 2018.
Blue Dream Industries, LLC was notably recognized in 2020 as the Most Innovative Cannabis Sales and Promotional PR Service Provider for the South Atlantic USA Region. Blue Dream Industries, LLC was also honored as the Best Holding Company in Atlanta in 2018. Mr. Logan-Holland was included in Atlanta Magazine's Men's Book Magazine among the Men of the Year in 2017.
