The company also offers various services through its team of engineers, such as material design, performance analysis, platform and groove evaluation, and prototyping and installation. An executive for more than three decades, Ms. Vernikovsky spent the initial stages of her career as the sales manager for Greene Tweed & Company between 1985 and 2001. She was subsequently named as the vice president of sales and marketing for Eshinui from 2000 to 2003 and the vice president of strategic account development for Helix Technology between 2003 and 2009. A successful writer, Ms. Vernikovsky co-authored her first book in 2000, "Sealing Materials for the Semiconductor Industry." She later authored "Reflections: Magic Beyond the Pain" in 2008, "Reflections II: The Magic Beyond the Pain" in 2020, and "Reflections III: The Magic Beyond the Pain: The Journey, My Impact, Their Impact" in 2020.
Taking a leading role in animal rescue efforts, Ms. Vernikovsky has volunteered on behalf of the Ohlone Human Society for nearly a decade. Looking toward the future, she aspires to establish her own inclusive nonprofit animal organization to help to save as many lives as possible, while also educating people on how to treat animals in a humane manner.
Ms. Vernikovsky served for 14 months in the Israeli Army before coming to the U.S. She received a Bachelor of Arts in business, cum laude, at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs in 2007. Attributing her success to her passion and tenacity in pursuing her goals, Ms. Vernikovsky was recognized with an All-Star Award in 2019. She has also been named as a Hall of Famer in the semiconductor industry for pushing toward higher standards in an area often neglected in its contribution to the success of coveted higher yields in the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
