Mr. Weinmeister earned a Bachelor Professional in metal production and management from Industrie and Handeskamer in Stuttgart, Germany. Following this accomplishment, he received a Master of Engineering from Ulm University in 2017. After graduating from engineering school, he earned MicroMaster certifications in manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in launching breakthrough technologies at Harvard University. Mr. Weinmeister also holds patents in PHS ultraform UV detection and in a device intended for steel blank hardening.
A native of Germany, Mr. Weinmeister began his career as an industrial mechanic apprentice in 1998 for Company Kaepfer GmbH in Donauwoerth. Following this period, he served in the German Air Force from 2003 until 2009. Following his service, he worked in an international position as a project control coordinator for Volkswagen AG in Germany and Russia. Mr. Weinmeister subsequently became a project manager for Voestalpine Automotive Components Schwaebisch Gmuend GmbH & Co. starting in 2014, and continued working as a launch manager in 2017.
Mr. Weinmeister is currently the process engineering manager at Voestalpine Automotive Components Cartersville Inc., having held this position since 2019. In this capacity, he is responsible for all PHS business processes, as well as project management on site, project commissioning, and overseeing special assignments. Additionally, Mr. Weinmeister implements and monitors processes in the plant.
The son of two educators, Mr. Weinmeister's goal within the next five years is to further his education and earn a Doctor of Philosophy. Likewise, he aims to expand the role of cutting-edge technology at his company. Outside of his career endeavors, Mr. Weinmeister regularly contributes to a children's charity in Germany.
