Having immigrated to the United States from Poland in 1979, Ms. Bierowicz is fluent in Polish, German, Russian and English. After gaining experience as a construction liaison, through which she informed residents of construction activities and resolved any project-related impacts, she turned her attention to real estate and prospered as an agent with Century 21 Castles by King in Darien, Illinois from 1988 to 1992. In this capacity, Ms. Bierowicz represented several builders of real estate communities, worked closely with buyers and sellers, learned creative financing and perfected real-estate market analysis.
From 1992 until the present, Ms. Bierowicz has provided exemplary service as a broker with RE/MAX of Naperville, where she is a member of the firm's Hall of Fame, which honors successful agents who have sold more than $1,000,000 of real estate during their careers with the company. Additionally, she is a member of the Diamond Club, which recognizes individuals and teams who have earned $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 in gross commissions. With RE/MAX, Ms. Bierowicz works closely with builders, assigns models to lots based on lot sizes, architectural designs, elevations and monotony codes and is familiar with differing types of financing and appraisals.
In the coming years, Ms. Bierowicz would like to join the RE/MAX Circle of Legends, which includes individuals who have completed 10 years of service and have earned at least $10 million in commissions.
