Ms. Wyatt serves as the owner of Kole's Keys Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having established her firm in 2020, she has leveraged her knowledge of the field and negotiation skills to achieve notable success. Specializing mainly in residential real estate, and licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, Ms. Wyatt and her small team of real estate professionals focus on providing superior customer service to help clients achieve their goals, while also providing transparent and constant communication throughout the entire process.
Prior to forming Kole's Keys, Ms. Wyatt spent eight years with Valarie R Brooks Real Estate in Charlotte where she rose from a part-time assistant to an office manager and award-winning real estate producer. She also spent five years in insurance as a senior claims adjuster for Nationwide Insurance Company in Charlotte from 2006 to 2011 and the essence of her top-notch negotiation skills are owned to them. A firm adherent of her Christian faith, Ms. Wyatt attributes her success to her consistency, persistency, work ethic and dedication. In the coming years, she aspires to teach real estate as a certified real estate instructor.
Aside from her budding real estate firm, Ms. Wyatt began freelancing for Ashley Little Publications in 2020, where she contributes quarterly articles on finance and real estate topics. An experienced writer, she co-authored "This is the Day that the Lord Has Made: A Daily Devotional" in 2014. Additionally, Ms. Wyatt wrote her first published article for Success from Home Magazine in 2012.
Serving her community through involvement in various civic organizations and activities, Ms. Wyatt is a drive coordinator for the American Cancer Society, participates with Transformation 12:1-2 philanthropic endeavors., and is involved with the After-School Tutor Program for The Prodigal Son Foundation, and for the Before and After School Care with Blossom Academy. She spearheads Blanket Blessings, a yearly blanket drive for the homeless and less fortunate. She is also a member of CharLit Social Riders serving on the social media committee, is a member and serves on the education committee of the Charlotte Black Political Caucus, member of the Young Affiliates of the Mint Museum, and the Young Affiliates of the Urban League, and also serves the Media Ministry at Have Life Church.
Ms. Wyatt received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2000, followed by a Master of Public Administration in 2003 at North Carolina Central University. She is a licensed Realtor® in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, is a certified real estate instructor through the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and holds the seller's representative specialist and accredited buyer's representative designation, while just recently completing the GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) Designation.
To remain aware of current trends in the marketplace, Ms. Wyatt is a professional member of the National Association of Realtors®, the North Carolina Association of Realtors®, the South Carolina Association of Realtors®, the Canopy Realtor® Association, the Georgia Association of Realtor®, the Atlanta Realtor® Association and the Greensboro Regional Realtor® Association, and the Charlotte Crown Black Real Estate Association, where she serves as the Education Committee chair. She is also a member of the North Carolina Central University Alumni Association and is the current local Charlotte Chapter Vice President and the former corresponding secretary and former membership chair.
