Ms. Lopez noted that she was inspired to specialize in mortgage lending after learning about how many individuals struggle to acquire a home in the United States witnessing as a young child the difficulties and disappointments of her own family in the mortgage process. Seeking to serve as a mentor in her community, she wanted to be in a position where she could truly make a difference. Today, she continues to work tirelessly to make the dream of homeownership become a reality for all and not a nightmare, as a proven, highly qualified and very successful Hispanic woman in what is still considered a male-dominated industry. Although she has no plans to leave the industry anytime soon, she does aspire to mentor the next generation of loan officers so that they, too, can succeed and give back.
As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator Ms. Lopez completed all the required education courses at the state and federal levels obtaining her passing scores with flying colors as a display of her passion, dedication and commitment to be a better professional. She also has to periodically attend continuing education classes subjecting herself to further testing as the way to keep herself up to date with all changes in the industry and regulations. As a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, NAHREP, she is for this current year Vice President of the Union Essex chapter but is also the incoming President for the year 2022 being unanimously elected by the Board of Directors of said Organization.
Highlighting her success, Ms. Lopez was featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2018. She attributes her good fortune to God above all who has given her determination, the desire to do good to others and perseverance.
