Presently, he serves as the vice president of operations for the Toy Tech Motors Corporation in Homestead, Florida, a company that focuses on managing talent for car dealerships in South Florida. As an extension of his work, Mr. Lopez recently became a founding partner of South Dade Kia in Miami, Florida, in 2019.

Mr. Lopez attended the University of Oriente in Venezuela, after which he studied information technology at the University Institute of Industrial Technology. Following this period, he became a Cisco Networking Academy network specialist, and later completed the dealer management program at National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Academy, the negotiation and leadership program at Harvard Law School, and the strategic business management program at Harvard Business School. In 2020, Mr. Lopez was recognized by Automotive News in its 40 Under 40 list. His team also received recognition with a President Award from Toyota.
