MacQueen with inclusion in Who's Who in the World. An accomplished listee, Cherie MacQueen celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. MacQueen became involved in her profession because of her varied interests, including radio and television production, art, handcrafts and drafting. Outside of her professional efforts, Ms. MacQueen devoted much of her time as a charter member of Women's Memorial, an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers and as the vice president of the Los Angeles branch of the Armed Forces Broadcasters Association.
Ms. MacQueen obtained an Associate of Arts from Los Angeles Valley College and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College. She completed post graduate coursework at U.C.
