Having earned success in the fields of investment, financial planning, insurance and real estate, Mr. Neystel has garnered a reputation as a successful entrepreneur. Since 2018, he has co-owned and operated RAM Insurance Services LLC in Weatherford, Texas, through which he provides various home, automobile, life and commercial insurance options for clients. Mr. Neystel also became a Realtor with Clark Real Estate Group in Weatherford, where he specializes in the buying and selling of residential, commercial, and farm and ranch properties.
As an independent insurance agent, Mr. Neystel recognizes that every client is unique. To ensure success, he and his team strive to develop effective working relationships with each customer, as well as the dozens of insurance companies with which they are affiliated. Crediting much of his success on the passion that is shared by both he and his employees, RAM Insurance Services LLC has reached its five-year goal and recently added 40% more employees to accommodate its business needs. Likewise, it is well positioned to expand even further by serving as a fully integrated service for all insurance, real estate, financial planning, and investment needs.
After graduating from college, Mr. Neystel began a long tenure as an analyst and trader for Bass Brothers Enterprises Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas, followed by his work as a financial advisor. In 2004, however, he entered the insurance industry at the advice of his friend, who helped him secure a position at the Texas Farm Bureau. Departing to venture into independent entrepreneurship 15 years later, Mr. Neystel has striven to combine his myriad experiences to become an effective realtor.
Mr. Neystel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, with a concentration in real estate, from Texas Christian University. He maintains a Group 1 life and health insurance license, a general lines agent license, and a real estate agent license in the state of Texas. Serving his community, Mr. Neystel is a former member of his local Lions Club chapter.
Celebrating his achievements, Mr. Neystel received a number of accolades. To wit, he was bestowed with a Master Agent Award, a Century Club Agent Award, and several other awards from the Texas Farm Bureau, most recently being recognized as one of the top insurance agents in the area.
