In addition to his professional credibility, Mr. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in computing and information management from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England in 2020 where his studies focused on BigData, AI, Information Systems and Database Systems. Prior to his recruitment at Amazon Web Services, he excelled as a Site Reliability Engineering manager for Cubic Transportation Systems and as a Director of DevOps, IT and Information Security at TuSimple Holdings. Mr. Ron had previously held leadership positions at numerous companies based in his native country of Israel, such as Mobile CoE Teradata Applications and Viber Media.
