Ms. Goertzen subsequently managed a client portfolio representing more than $100,000 in annual billing as the executive director of Turner Marketing Inc. from 1999 to 2002. She was later active with Caterpillar Inc. as a senior communications representative from 2005 to 2008 and a global warranty process analyst and communications consultant from 2008 to 2009. Ms. Goertzen was additionally recruited as a State Farm Insurance lead organizational change manager for the largest sector of an enterprise-wide program, which included more than 164,000 end-users, designed to implement an IP and web infrastructure service delivery model as part of a three-year organizational transformation from 2011 to 2012.
Since 2013, Ms. Goertzen has excelled with Caterpillar leading a team responsible for directing the design and execution of a product regulatory data collection process with global supply base for enterprise-wide compliance. Among the highlights of her career, she is incredibly proud of her involvement in a project with Caterpillar where she served as communications lead for a global machine quality improvement project. She wrote the submission for the team that earned the annual quality improvement Chairman's Award in 2008, which is the highest commendation possible in recognition of annual quality improvement within the company.
