Mr. Leveto is a fourth-generation commercial real agent and the chief operating officer of Realty Companies and its subsidiary brokerages. Having been founded by his father, Shawn, in 1986, the business continues to specialize in land brokerage. In his role as the head of the company, Mr. Leveto works diligently to expand growth by setting expansive goals for hiring, sales, and superior branding in the marketplace.
Adding to his portfolio, Mr. Leveto established Leveto Properties in 2019 which invests in apartment complexes, mobile home parks, and land opportunities. In 2021, he earned the title of the chief operating officer of Realty Companies, which serves as a parent brand for seven commercial real estate brokerages in the Southeast, including areas such as Atlanta, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Leveto helped rebrand the company from a single brokerage, Realty Atlanta, which his father, Shawn Leveto founded in 1986, to Realty Companies with the assistance of his fiancé, Ansley Laws, during 2020. It has since grown from 8 real estate professionals to 30 in 2021, and is set to overtop ten times its sales in 2022, as well as open several additional locations in various major cities.
Mr. Leveto became involved in his profession largely due to his family history in the field. To wit, his grandfather, Sam Leveto, had distinguished himself as a real estate developer for more than four decades starting his development career in 1970. A recognized figure throughout Atlanta during his time, he helped to develop 60 single family and townhome communities for over 4000 homes throughout the area. Sam Leveto's development company was called Lifestyle Communities.
Noting the competitive nature of the industry, Mr. Leveto has found that if he hires 10 real estate agents, only two of them will become successful. The key to their long-term growth is mentorship and processes. By providing his agents with all the necessary tools for success, they are given a fruitful platform with which to earn a lucrative income.
Mr. Leveto attended both Kennesaw State University from 2015 to 2016 and Cardone University between 2016 and 2017, where he focused his studies on professional sales. He eventually left college to pursue his real estate interests and become a licensed real estate agent. Highlighting his recent achievements, Mr. Leveto received recognition by Exeleon Magazine in the Top 100 Dynamic Leaders of the Year for 2021 and also as a Top 10 Transformational Business Leader for 2021.
