Mr. Ponce was with Horizon Personnel services for 8 years when he was given the opportunity to join Decton Staffing Services. Just two years after his recruitment, he was able to increase annual sales from $20 million to $46 million. The company was later acquired by TPS Coast, and two years later he increased their annual sales from $46 million to $96 million. During this period, Mr. Ponce found further success as a managing partner at MMP & Associates LLC.
Alongside his personable demeanor, Mr. Ponce attributes a great deal of his success to the support of his team.
