After earning a Bachelor of Education from Rhode Island College and a Master of Education in school leadership from Worcester State University, she became a licensed superintendent in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Supported by her professional expertise, Ms. Bianchi excels today as an assistant principal for Charles E. Shea Senior High School.
In her work as an assistant principal, Ms. Bianchi oversees about 1,000 students. Over the course of her career, she has established an attendance committee to address issues with school attendance. She previously devoted herself to her community as a volunteer with Rhode Island Martial Arts Academy, where she served as an instructor. Due to her outstanding work, Ms. Bianchi was featured in the Teachers.Net Gazette and the book, "The First Days of School," by Harry Wong.
Due to her professional achievements, Ms. Bianchi was honored many times on the Dean's List at Rhode Island College. While her career has been filled with highlights, she is most proud of her current role as an assistant principal. Looking toward the future, Ms. Bianchi intends to obtain a district level administrative role, such as a principal or superintendent.
