Ms. Chadderton obtained a bachelor's degree in elementary education and teaching from Southern Connecticut State University in 1987. In 2006, she earned a certification in film, cinema and video studies from New York University. She attributes her success to being able to adapt to the changing environment of the industry and maintains that her most notable achievement has been operating as a woman in a male-dominated industry. In the coming years, Ms. Chadderton is hoping for continued success with Absolute Video and to hand off the business in advance of her retirement.
