After graduating from high school in the 1990s, Ms. Brown enrolled in college for a semester, but soon decided that college was not the path for her. She subsequently served as a member of the military police for the United States Army between 1995 and 2001. She later earned a bachelor's degree in public administration from Austin Peay State University in 2004 and began her career as a real estate associate with Huneycutt Realtors.
In recent years, Ms. Brown gained valuable experience in real estate as an associate broker for EXIT Realty Pikes Peak, a project manager for Z Inc. and MH Solutions Group LLC, and a real estate consultant for EcoCabins. She currently excels as a Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Mountain View. Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has expanded upon her professional expertise, earning a certification as a Broker from Kaplan University, a certification from the Colorado Notary Solutions, and her accreditation as a Military Relocation Professional through the National Association of Realtors.
Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Brown is affiliated with the Women's Council of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and the Pueblo Association of Realtors. Alongside her primary responsibilities in the field, she has contributed to the Mount Carmel Veterans Center, the Family Readiness Group of the 551st Military Police Company and the Family Readiness Group HHC. For her professional excellence, Ms. Brown received the West Coast Division Esprit de Corps Award from EXIT Realty Corporate International.
Even though her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Brown is incredibly proud of establishing her real estate firm and becoming a board member for the Women's Council of Realtors in Colorado Springs, where she serves as the membership director. Looking toward the future, she aims to establish a second franchise with two offices in Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Ms. Brown also intends to expand her brokerage to 40 agents who will work on opening the second office.
