Recognized as one of the best in timber tract operations in all the south, Mr. Schwab is equally focused on maintaining its reputation for excellence.
PERRY, FL, February 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chad W. Schwab has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Schwab was named as the president of M.A. Rigoni Inc. in 2018, a family owned and operated logging company that his father, Rodney Schwab, oversaw for decades before ultimately purchasing the business. Originally founded by Matt Rigoni in 1960, Mr. Schwab joined the organization in 2005 as a production manager. He remained in this position for more than a decade before being promoted to his current role. Working alongside his brother, he oversees daily operations, as well as a staff of 60 employees. An expert in production, he is also tasked with chipping timber for reforestation.
Based in Perry, Florida, the logging enterprise has undergone several changes in recent years. To wit, Mr. Schwab contracted JB Hunt to handle its 32-truck fleet. Eager to see how the transition will help the business, he has also employed several other new strategies to continue growing and expanding operations. Recognized as one of the best in timber tract operations in all the south, Mr. Schwab is equally focused on maintaining its reputation for excellence.
To better serve his community, M.A. Rigoni Inc. formed M.A. Rigoni Inc. Foundation, which volunteers and sponsors various events, including its annual Combat Marine Outdoors (CM) Warrior Week. CMO, which was founded in 2005, provides hunting opportunities and other outdoor adventures to severely wounded service men and women, with a mission of rehabilitation.
Mr. Schwab graduated from Taylor County High School in 1990. He holds a master logger certification from the Florida Forestry Association. He notably serves as a board member for the association, which is a nonprofit organization that offers members various opportunities such as advocacy, education, and networking. Highlighting its success, M.A. Rigoni Inc. was featured in an article by Jordan Anderson in Southern Loggin' Times. Published 12 times per year, the magazine is the most popular publication of its kind throughout the south.
