He presently serves as Executive Vice President for Home Care Network, having worked his way up from Director of Business Development to Chief Operations Officer to his current position. He oversees operations and quality of patient care, and ensures growth through branding and community education. An expert in business development and company growth, Mr. McGilberry has contributed significantly to the growth of Home Care Network East and to the company's ability to reach underserved areas, due to his diligent efforts to build a company culture centered around patient care.
As a testament to his contributions in the field, Mr. McGilberry has earned numerous awards. He has been distinguished as a Top Home Health and Medicare Provider in the State of Texas, among the Top Health Care Executives in Dallas-Fort Worth and among the Top Five Percent in Business Development in Georgia. For his earlier career work in sales, he was the recipient of a multitude of awards for his sales records and success. Aside from his primary vocational pursuits, he provides mentorship to students at local high schools. Mr. McGilberry attributes his success to the support and inspiration of his mother.
