TALLAHASSEE, FL, February 22, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Beth Keating has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Since 2010, Ms. Keating has thrived as a shareholder at Gunster, which is a commercial law firm with more than 10 offices throughout her home state of Florida. In this capacity, she specializes in state administrative law and frequently assists natural gas and electric utility companies in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. With over 25 years of legal experience to her credit, Ms. Keating regularly represents utilities, as well as telecommunications companies, before the Florida Public Service Commission and provides assistance in related state policy issues before the Florida Legislature.
Following a long-term engagement as the co-chairperson of the Florida chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association, she has furthered her community engagement as a board member for the Tallahassee/Leon County Council on Arts and Culture, as well as by serving as a long-time member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Leon County Schools. Prior to joining Gunster, Ms. Keating was employed at another respected national firm. She began her career as an attorney supervisor at the Florida Public Service Commission, where she developed her expertise in fostering mutually beneficial relationships between public agencies and private companies.
