Having served in the cosmetology industry for more than three decades, Ms. Terrell has distinguished herself as an entrepreneur, Canns award-winning beauty industry expert, trainer, consultant and author. Opening her first salon in 2004, eN' vision Hair and Nails LLC has garnered a reputation as a diverse, full-service salon that specializes in providing excellent services in color, precision cuts, eyelashes, weaves, relaxers, perms, natural hair and makeup. Providing her services on behalf of the public, she is also well regarded for her involvement with fashion shows and media productions, and has worked closely with photographers, models and other leaders within the fashion and entertainment industry. In 2004, Ms. Terrell founded eN'vision Salon Spa in Lithia Springs, Georgia.
As an extension of her work, Ms. Terrell is an independent distributor of quality hair extensions, clip-ons, I, U and V tips, and closures through her own website. She is also the creative director for NuExpressions of Bronner Brothers since 2014, where she produces, markets and sells her NuExpression Haircare Line, and teaches clinics at area technical cosmetology schools. Additionally, Ms. Terrell is the developer of Rhapsody Cosmetics, her own advanced private label makeup line.
Becoming a licensed minister in 2021, Ms. Terrell is currently working to establish her own nonprofit ministry. Known for utilizing her hair salon as a form of ministry over the years, she has dubbed her practice "marketplace ministry." Ms. Terrell is notably affiliated with the Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, an interdenominational church in Austell, Georgia.
Ms. Terrell is the award-winning author of the book, "Guidance for Your Journey, An Entrepreneur's Manual for Success in Business." In 2015, she hosted a presentation on her book in Atlanta, and was named as the Author of the Year by the Secret Place Book Club. Attributing much of her success to her Christian faith, Ms. Terrell has long felt inspired to teach other entrepreneurs how to inspire, encourage and minister to others through their own business endeavors.
A dedicated advocate on behalf of her community, Ms. Terrell is deeply committed to the Douglas County Task Force (DCTF). The nonprofit organization provides education, awareness and training to the community to help eliminate domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, stalking, dating violence, sex trafficking and child endangerment throughout the county. Greatly focused on promoting awareness about domestic violence and sex trafficking, Ms. Terrell aspires to run for political office in the near future.
A graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, Ms. Terrell later studied cosmetology at LynMar Beauty Academy, where she earned a master's degree in 1990. She also completed coursework in biblical studies and leadership at Beulah Bible College in 2001. Ms. Terrell became an ordained minister in 2021 and presently earned her Doctorate of Theology.
Well regarded for her accomplishments, she has been selected for the Top 100 Black Women list, and has been recognized locally with a Proclamation from Douglas County and with a Resolution from the House of Representatives, which was signed by the governor.
