Recognized for more than 25 years of contributions to the field of engineering, Mr. Sareini has achieved professional success as the director of operations at ALM Positioners, Inc., an equipment-handling manufacturer based in Rock Island, Illinois. Obtaining his position in 2022, his duties include project design, providing guidance to employees and collaborating with customers on new product development. Mr. Sareini initially joined ALM Positioners as an engineering and quality manager in 2020.
Prior to working on behalf of ALM Positioners, Mr. Sareini worked for more than a decade at John Deere, where he began in 2009 as a quality engineer and advanced to become the global supply base manager in 2014. Previously, he worked for such corporations as the Ford Motor Company, HP Pelzer, Carcoustics and Colins & Aikman, beginning in 2003. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Sareini's achievements have largely been driven by his ability to clearly communicate with others, whether it be an executive manager or a welder. Likewise, he is gratified to have built his success on the foundation of an effective education.
While coming of age, Mr. Sareini cultivated a love for cars and aspired to become an engineer. Drawing inspiration from the example of his grandmother, an aeronautical engineer, he undertook internships at the Ford Motor Company and the Lear Corporation throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, during which time he studied mechanical engineering at Iowa State University. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Sareini went on to attend Lawrence Technological University, from which he graduated with top honors with a Master of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
To remain aware of developments in the field, Mr. Sareini maintains affiliation with the National Association of Industrial Technology. Over the span of his professional journey, he is most proud to have forged effective relationships with his colleagues and to have worked on several challenging and worthwhile projects.
